7vv Terms & Conditions – User Agreement for Pakistan Players

1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 7vv ("7vv," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 7vv.asia and associated subdomains. By accessing the 7vv platform, registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.

2.Eligibility & Age Restriction

To use 7vv, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 7vv does not permit use of the platform by persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You are accessing 7vv for personal, recreational purposes and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling under the laws applicable to your location.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 7vv or had your account suspended or closed for violations of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

7vv may request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be operated by persons under 18 will be immediately closed and any funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3.Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 7vv. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7vv login credentials. 7vv is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your password.
• You must notify 7vv immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• 7vv reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage and to suspend account access pending verification. This may include requesting government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or payment method verification.
• Account registration is free. 7vv does not charge fees for creating or maintaining a player account.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 7vv are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20. Supported methods may change over time; the current list is always displayed in the 7vv cashier.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• 7vv does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder.
• Withdrawal requests are processed after identity verification (KYC) has been completed. 7vv targets prompt processing of verified withdrawal requests; however, processing times may vary based on payment method and bank procedures.
• 7vv reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for large transactions.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once wagering has commenced. Contact [email protected] as soon as possible if you believe a transaction has been made in error.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are subject to network confirmation times. PKR equivalent values are calculated at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of crediting.

5.Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on 7vv are subject to specific game rules, which are displayed within each game or betting market. General rules applicable platform-wide include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 7vv does not accept cancellations of confirmed bets except in circumstances where the relevant game or event is voided under applicable rules.
• Results from certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems are final and binding for all casino games. 7vv's RNG is independently tested for fairness.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or platform error, 7vv reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings generated through a demonstrable error or malfunction will not be paid.
• 7vv reserves the right to limit stake sizes, impose maximum win caps, or restrict individual accounts from specific markets where there is evidence of abuse or where risk management procedures require it.
• Live sports betting odds are subject to change up to and including event kick-off. Bets accepted prior to any odds change remain valid at the original accepted odds.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

7vv may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds promotions, or other promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Use of bonuses for systematic or professional advantage-play strategies is prohibited.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• 7vv reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.
• 7vv reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds or void winnings derived from bonuses if it determines that these Terms or specific promotion terms have been abused.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7vv platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Accessing 7vv from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or loopholes for financial gain.
• Money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen or fraudulently obtained payment methods.
• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to circumvent limits, claim multiple bonuses, or evade restrictions.
• Any conduct that disrupts the fair operation of the platform or the gaming experience of other users.

8.Intellectual Property

All content on 7vv.asia — including but not limited to the 7vv brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data — is the property of 7vv or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 7vv platform for personal, recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 7vv content without prior written authorisation.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• 7vv provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform.
• 7vv is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from use of or inability to use the platform, including losses of winnings due to technical malfunctions.
